FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail, which can take 7-10 days for some domestic destinations. Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and the customer "ship to" location. This statement does not constitute an explicit or implied guarantee. Soo Hoo on paper is not responsible for any damages incurred by the Retailer due to failure to meet targeted or confirmed ship dates.

For quicker shipment or alternate shipment, Soo Hoo on paper offers shipping from UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping & handling fees are based on total product order weight. Soo Hoo on paper customers will be charged for shipping & handling in accordance with the rates published by the carrier, which are subject to change from time to time. All products sent via UPS are delivered on business days only (excludes weekends and holidays). All orders require two (2) business days to fullfill. For large orders, Soo Hoo on paper reserves the right to require additional days for order fullfillment. The customer will be notified if order fullfillment requires additional time. Returns
Soo Hoo on paper strives for complete customer satisfaction with each purchase. We will carefully package and ship your orders. If, for some reason, you need to exchange or return a product, we will exchange it for another item or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Unless the original shipment was damaged, defective or incorrect, shipping & handling charges will not be refunded. Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. When returning an item, re-pack it in its original packaging, include the packing slip and follow these steps:

1. Send us an email at email@soohoo-on-paper.com or a fax at 1.305.768.7745 with a message including your name and phone number, order number, item(s) to be returned and reason for return.

2. A return number will be generated and forwarded to you. Please record this number on your packing slip.

3. Ship return or exchange to Soo Hoo on paper at the following address, including the return number:

4. Please make sure to return items with an insured courier (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS) and keep your receipt in case the product is damaged or lost during its return. Customers will be responsible for all damages to the product that is sustained during shipment to Soo Hoo on paper.

5. Soo Hoo on paper will credit your shipping cost if an item is being returned due to damage, defect or incorrect order fulfillment. If returning the product for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to Soo Hoo on paper.

Any customized products may not be returned unless damaged. Shipping & handling charges may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted unless the product is in the same condition as sold by Soo Hoo on paper, or unless it can be proved the product was damaged by the freight carrier during the original shipment. Upon returning any product as described above, we will issue the customer a credit, or will allow an exchange for product of equivalent value. A credit or exchange is the customer´s sole and exclusive remedy, and Soo Hoo on paper shall not be liable for any other damages arising out of non-conformance or breach, including lost profits, consequential damages and incidental damages.

Refund Policy
Upon receipt of the returned item, the credit card charged for the purchase will be credited for the same amount. A receipt will be emailed. Unless the original shipment was damaged, defective or incorrect, shipping charges will not be refunded.
